Unit Overview: Ningbo Fenghua Xingye Seal Factory was established in 1992 and is located at 278 Kaiyuan Road, Economic Development Zone, Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. The factory covers an area of 4800 square meters and has a building area of 3600 square meters. There are currently 83 employees, including more than 20 professional and technical personnel of various types. The credit rating of enterprise banks is AAA. The total assets are RMB 132.78 million, with 186 sets of specialized and general mechanical equipment including large vacuum reaction sintering furnaces, various lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines, sawing machines, presses, grinders, sandblasting machines, mixers, electric discharge cutting machines, heat treatment furnaces, etc., equipped with comprehensive manufacturing and processing capabilities. Through the ISO9001-2001 quality system and professional advanced testing instruments such as material detectors, optical planometers, hardness testing machines, spring testing machines, and bench test benches, we are a competitive and distinctive mechanical seal professional production enterprise. Our main products include mechanical seal assemblies for various types of water pumps, reactors, centrifuges, filters, mixers, refrigerators, and other rotary shaft equipment using the symbol ISO3069 international standard, GB6556 Chinese standard, DIN24960 German standard, and API682 American Petroleum Institute standard, as well as friction pair materials for various mechanical seals such as silicon carbide, hard alloy, silicon nitride, alumina, carbon graphite, and filled polytetrafluoroethylene.

In 2002, a joint venture was established with AADI Corporation in the United States, investing 20 million yuan to establish Ningbo Fulai Mechanical Seals Co., Ltd. (with Ningbo Fenghua Xingye Sealing Parts Factory). The production building covers an area of 16000 square meters and a building area of 10600 square meters in the high-tech park of Fenghua District. In 2025, our company plans to invest 68 million yuan in a comprehensive building with a construction area of 25000 square meters. At present, the company's products are distributed in more than 30 provinces and cities across the country and exported to countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. The main customers are large and medium-sized water pump enterprises, as well as large backbone enterprises of Sinopec and PetroChina.
